There’s nothing like renewing your energy after a surf or stand up paddle (SUP) lesson under the serene gaze of Ria Formosa.

Surf or SUP & Seafood consists of a surf or SUP lesson at Praia de Faro, followed by a meal (lunch or dinner) in a local restaurant with a privileged view of the lovely Ria Formosa.

The experience is aimed at all levels of performance, whether for surfing or SUP.

Surf or SUP & Seafood will last for 2 hours (surf class or SUP) and without limited time for the meal.

All equipment is included (surfboard or SUP board, paddle, suit, Lycra and vest), as well as the meal (lunch or dinner), and the sports insurance.
