Catch and Cook will give you the opportunity to be instructed by our technicians and learn to catch and cook the best that our Ria Formosa has to offer, the seafood.

To open your appetite, there’s nothing like choosing one of the three nautical activities we have at your disposal: Surf, Stand up paddle (SUP) or kayak to start.

The experience is aimed at all levels of performance in any of the chosen activities.

All equipment is included (surfboard or SUP, wetsuit, lycra, kayak, paddle and vest), boat trip (if necessary), seafood tasting, sparkling wine, as well as sports insurance.
