The SUP or Kayak Tour includes a stand up paddle (SUP) or kayak lesson, an important familiarization with the necessary devices, a small tour and a free ride for a brief maritime exploration.

It’s a unique way to get to know some “corners” of one of the 7 natural wonders in Portugal, the Ria Formosa.

The experience is aimed at all levels of performance, whether for SUP or kayak.

All equipment is included (suit, Lycra, SUP board, paddle or kayak, paddle and vest), as well as sports insurance.
